The UCSF Center for Genome Surgery (CGS) is a new partnership between the UCSF Broad Stem Cell Center and the Innovative Genomics Institute, established to build the clinical and translational infrastructure needed to bring genetically targeted therapies (such as genome editing, gene replacement, RNA therapeutics, and engineered cell therapies) to patients with genetic diseases. The symposium will highlight active research, emerging research priorities, and upcoming clinical applications, with opportunities for networking and poster presentations.
